Mass Update Under the recent plan issued by Governor Dewine, Bishop Brennan and the Catholic Bishops of Ohio have agreed to continue the suspension of public celebrations of Mass throughout the month of May. Bishop Brennan writes, "a
fter consultation and a close examination of the facts determined that while it is not yet possible to begin the public celebration of Mass, we are looking at a target date of May 30/31 – Pentecost Sunday hopefully to resume our celebrations."
As we endure the difficulties of the present time, know that we remain united with you in prayer. May we continue to place our hope and trust in the resurrected Lord, who offers us His abundant grace in every time of need.
Confession Update Confessions will be resuming soon! We will continue to send out updates as we learn more
May is the Month of Mary! During the month of May, which is dedicated to the Blessed Virgin, Pope Francis is inviting Catholics to "rediscover the beauty of praying the Rosary at home" and use it as a means of intercession during this time. Over the course of this next month, the faithful are encouraged to say two special prayers at the end of the rosary. You can find those prayers and the full text of Pope Francis' reflection here:
