Each year, on the Feast of Christ the King, we honor the recipients of the Servant of Christ the King Award. This year’s recipients are Mark and Debbie Salter and Madre Neri Olmedo, HMSP. We are very grateful for your dedicated service to our parish family!
Staying the Course
In these challenging times, we sincerely thank everyone for their perseverance and continued cooperation in following social distancing instructions at Christ the King. Although we know that wearing masks and social distancing is not easy, we remain hopeful and grateful for the opportunity to worship together at Mass both in-person and online. Through the Lord's grace, let us continue to "stay the course" while lifting up our community in prayer along with all those who are suffering.

In light of the recent advisory for Franklin County, we're temporarily postponing the launch of the new Saturday men's event. The good news is we'll still have Mass offeredat 7am this Saturday. Any men who are able to stay afterward are invited to pray the rosary together.
We're still planning on moving forward with men's events and will keep you updated on when we'll be able to start meeting. For the latest updates join the men's ministry flocknote group at christtheking35.flocknote.com/ctkmen.
Drive-Thru Donations for Bishop Griffin Resource Center
Christ the King’s St. Vincent de Paul group has organized a Drive-thru donation event to support the Bishop Griffin Resource Center on Saturday, 11/21 from 2pm - 6pm and Sunday, 11/22 from 11am - 2pm. Representatives from SVDP will be in the BGRC parking lot to accept canned food donations. Twin size blankets for our blanket drive can also be dropped off during these times.
Please help us feed our neighbors in need. The BGRC is serving on average over 200 families each week. As businesses shut down the need only grows. Thank you!
